Our Story
ConvoDesk was founded in 2018 with a simple observation: businesses were struggling to keep up with the explosion of messaging channels. Customers wanted to communicate on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and more – but businesses had no efficient way to manage it all.
Our founders, having worked at leading tech companies, saw an opportunity to build something transformative. They envisioned a unified platform that would bring all customer conversations into one place, powered by AI and automation.
Today, ConvoDesk is trusted by over 10,000 businesses worldwide, processing millions of messages every day. We've grown from a small startup to a global team, but our mission remains the same: to help businesses build better relationships with their customers through seamless communication.
