Terms of Service
Effective September 25, 2026. These baseline terms require review for the operating company and governing jurisdiction before public launch.
Service
ConvoDesk provides a customer conversation workspace with WhatsApp connectivity, contact management, business knowledge, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows. Features may change as the product develops.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, restrict team access appropriately, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use ConvoDesk for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or rights-infringing communications. You must follow Meta policies, applicable messaging consent requirements, privacy laws, and AI disclosure obligations.
Customer data and AI
You retain responsibility for data submitted to the service and confirm you have authority to process it. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use in consequential, regulated, or sensitive decisions.
Availability and changes
The service is provided during an early commercial stage without an uptime or response-time guarantee unless agreed separately in writing. Planned or emergency maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for security threats, unlawful use, policy violations, non-payment after billing launches, or risk to the service or other users. You may request workspace closure through support.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ConvoDesk is provided without implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
